1. Proof Required

To process any return or replacement, you must provide proof, such as:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Video demonstrating the problem

  • Order number and date

Without proof, we cannot offer replacements or refunds.

2. Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product is defective out of the box

Used products cannot be returned.

3. Time Limit

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used vape devices

  • Opened e-liquids

  • Items without proof of damage
